Quality Control
We are able to have someone to make quality inspection and report at any part of the manufacturing and delivery process to guarantee standards are met and maintained. We are very conscious with quality control management.
I firmly believe that most factories have the best of intentions, however when met with the option of reproducing a whole batch of products because there is a chance that 1 in 10 units may be faulty, many will choose to ship the order as it is. This is why you need someone independent from the process on the ground and fully on your side.
If at any part of the process an issue is detected, it is swiftly corrected to stop any further delays and prevent problems further along the manufacturing and supply chain. This ensures your customer is not the one to discover a problem.
Quality Inspection and Quality Control Management
Chinese Sourcing minimum quality inspection involves getting hands on samples as well as the finished products before they ship, to ensure they comply with the specifications and functions set out by the manufacturing agreement. These are practical checks that include:
In house inspection – We check whether the products meet your specifications.
Freight inspection – We check that products are packed in their master containers correctly ready to be shipped safely and in compliance with any specifications such as amazons labeling and packaging requirements.
External tests and checks
We also offer the following checks, however, these are done by an external network of inspectors who are independent from the factory so you are guaranteed unbiased results. It is not practical to do this in house as these tests each require a highly specific skill set, however, we consistently work with the same network of examiners.
Factory audits – This allows us to ensure the factory is capable of producing your products in a sustainable and ethical manner.
Raw material/component inspection – This ensures the raw materials used in the production of your products are fit for purpose. We are also able to check whether components that need to be sourced from outside of the factory meet the same standards.
Production inspections – If there are quality or production schedule problems, during production is the best place to detect and correct these issues to ensure no delays in receiving your order.
Lab testing – A few of your products are sent to a lab to undergo legal and safety requirement tests for your intended sales market.
