What we do is simply close the gap between you and the factory. Your initial samples are sent to us. In 24 hrs we can say if they are worth sending to you. If they are not, we push the factory to make changes or we find somewhere else that can meet your requirements.
As well as products, we get eyes and hands on packaging to asses suitability for customers, and if you are selling on a platform such as Amazon, we also ensure it is up to their standards.

This could be as simple as a logo but can the factory print from your PNG file or will they need to convert it to a jpeg then try and match the logo’s new background colour with the product. We make sure that your logo represents the high quality of your business when it is attached to your product. We can have your instruction manuals, that are not printed by the factory, checked and placed safely in your packaging. Customisation can mean changing the timer on an exercise bike that is otherwise a great choice, exercise bike timers also do not usually come from the same factory. The pictures are of a pair of monitors with $1 difference but you can see which one has a more positive impact on perception of quality and value.
Packaging is also an important part of customisation, not only for aesthetics, but also for practical protection of the product and the user’s safety. Think of that awful plastic packaging that slices open your hand when you try and open it.
